Exercising at any point of the day is good for you! According to scientists, different times of the day are better for certain exercises.

For example, if your goal is to burn fat and lose weight, morning workouts are the best for that. Scientists recommend afternoon workouts for enhanced performance because the food that we eat provides what we need to exercise. Exercising in the evening is perfectly fine too and provides the same benefits of other times.
